In an effort to keep our service as simple and easy as possible, we do not create, use or store profiles of our customers. We only record PII and other information that we reasonably require to do business with you. On all wotflight.com pages that collect PII, we specifically describe what information is required in order to provide you with the product or service you request.
We collect PII when you:
Make a booking We collect your full name, address, email address, phone number and other information relating to your specific booking each time you make a booking with Wotflight. We will also collect credit card information, including card number, card type, security number, cardholder name and expiry date to pay for flights purchased through Wotflight.
Subscribe to Wotmail
Wotflight collects email addresses and travel preference information from people who subscribe to the Wotflight Wotmail newsletter by either entering their email address in the "Wotmail" section of www.wotflight.com, entering applicable Wotflight promotions, or by opting to be sent Wotmail at the time of making a booking.
Surveys, promotions and competition information
Occasionally, we may offer site visitors or newsletter recipients an opportunity to participate in a survey, promotion or competition. The PII we collect when you participate in a survey, promotion or competition may include your full name, email address, telephone number and street address.

We may collect PII such as your full name, email address and/or telephone number when you contact us to make an enquiry or suggestion, or request assistance with a booking.

Purchase Wotflight products or services

Send Wotmail
We will only send Wotmail to people that have opted in to receive it. Wotmail provides information about the deals available on our site, and occasionally offers incentives for completing surveys or participating in competitions or promotions.

We do not disclose any information about customer bookings to anyone except in the following circumstances:
Airlines
We provide the guest name, telephone number, email address, credit card information (and other relevant information such as your mailing address, frequent traveller numbers, seating preferences, and so on) for each booking made to the relevant airline. The airlines require this information for the booking and may use it if they need to contact you about the booking. Your credit card details are only used to pay for a booking, and are securely stored. They are not used for any other purpose. Although we offer flights from reputable airlines, we have not placed specific limitations on these suppliers from using or disclosing your information without your permission. Therefore, we encourage you to review the privacy policies of any airlines whose flights you purchase on our site. Some airlines may be based overseas.
Service providers
PII collected through your use of Wotflight may be processed by third party service providers (e.g. to process credit card payments) and other members of the Wotif Group of companies only for the purpose of assisting Wotflight in providing our services to you. These parties are required to comply with privacy laws.
Legal obligations
We may be required by law to disclose information you provide us with for the purposes of obtaining products or services from Wotflight. We may also disclose information against someone who poses a threat to our interests (such as customer fraud) or whose activities could cause harm to others.
